At SIGEP Rimini with… Loads of novelties
The year 2020 starts on a high note for Casa Giani, which will be taking part in Sigep, the main Italian trade fair in this sector, with plenty of novelties and surprises. From 18 to 22 January, out company will be at Fiera di Rimini with its own stand (Hall A5, Stand 058), as part of the more extensive Unigrà exhibition space which will host the various Group brands.
At Sigep, Casa Giani will be showcasing its wide range of sweet and savoury bakery products: it is a continuously expanding range, as confirmed by our new catalogue which will be introduced on this occasion. More specifically, the patisserie and savoury snack ranges have been expanded with dozens of new products which will premiere in Rimini.
Moreover, Casa Giani will offer visitors to its stand plenty of creative food for thought aimed at upgrading their offer, thanks to an exceptional guest: Daniele Reponi, the “master of the panino”, who has made acclaimed television appearances in the show “La prova del cuoco” and will be presenting gourmet recipes using bread, pizza and focaccia from the Casa Giani product range. These events, will be held together with Maestro Vincenzo Mascio, who is a show-cooking professional and innovator at Casa Giani, every day from 3:45 to 4:15 pm on the exhibition premises.
They are not the only innovations, though: Casa Giani, alongside the other Unigrà brands, will also be introducing Unica, a new special project based on innovation and creativity, aimed at revolutionising the approach traditionally followed by patisserie, chocolaterie, cuisine, bakery and ice-cream making.
